外交部：中方向53个发展中国家提供疫苗援助



新华社北京2月8日电（记者温馨、孙楠）外交部发言人汪文斌8日在例行记者会上介绍了中国对外提供疫苗的最新进展。他表示，中方向巴基斯坦等53个发展中国家提供疫苗援助，已经和正在向22个国家出口疫苗。

　　汪文斌说，中方切实践行习近平主席的重要宣示，在疫苗研发完成并投入使用后，作为全球公共产品，促进疫苗在发展中国家的可及性和可负担性。中方向巴基斯坦等53个发展中国家提供疫苗援助，已经和正在向22个国家出口疫苗。中方还积极参与世卫组织“新冠肺炎疫苗实施计划”，决定向“实施计划”提供1000万剂疫苗，主要用于发展中国家。中方支持国内企业同国外合作伙伴开展疫苗联合研发和合作生产，支持有关企业向急需获取疫苗、认可中国疫苗、已授权在本国紧急使用中国疫苗的国家出口疫苗。对于其他国家疫苗企业在华加工产品、供世界各国使用，中方也予以支持和协助。

　　汪文斌说，继向巴基斯坦首个交付援助疫苗后，中方向柬埔寨、老挝援助的疫苗已分别于7日和8日运抵两国。中方向赤道几内亚援助的一批疫苗将于9日交付启运。中方向秘鲁出口的首批疫苗也已于8日抵达。近日，中方还将陆续向其他国家交付更多疫苗。有关国家政府对中方提供疫苗深表感谢。

　　“中方将继续同有关国家以不同方式开展疫苗合作，根据需要提供力所能及的支持和帮助，为早日战胜疫情、推动构建人类卫生健康共同体作出实实在在的贡献。”他说。
