习近平同美国总统拜登通电话



新华社北京2月11日电 2月11日中国农历除夕上午，国家主席习近平同美国总统拜登通电话。两国元首就中国牛年春节相互拜年，并就双边关系和重大国际及地区问题深入交换意见。

　　拜登向中国人民拜年，祝愿中国人民春节快乐、繁荣发展。习近平再次祝贺拜登正式就任美国总统，并祝中美两国人民新春愉快、牛年吉祥。

　　习近平指出，过去半个多世纪，国际关系中一个最重要的事件就是中美关系恢复和发展。虽然期间也经历了不少曲折和困难，但总体不断向前，而且取得了丰硕成果，造福了两国人民，也促进了世界和平、稳定、繁荣。中美合则两利、斗则俱伤，合作是双方唯一正确选择。中美合作可以办成许多有利于两国和世界的大事，中美对抗对两国和世界肯定是一场灾难。

　　习近平强调，当前，中美关系正处于重要关口。推动中美关系健康稳定发展，是两国人民和国际社会的共同期盼。你说过，美国最大的特点是可能性。希望现在这种可能性朝着有利于两国关系改善的方向发展。两国应该共同努力、相向而行，秉持不冲突不对抗、相互尊重、合作共赢的精神，聚焦合作，管控分歧，推动中美关系健康稳定发展，给两国人民带来更多实实在在的利益，为抗击新冠肺炎疫情、促进世界经济复苏和维护地区和平稳定作出应有贡献。

　　习近平强调，中美在一些问题上会有不同看法，关键是要相互尊重、平等相待，以建设性方式妥善管控和处理。两国外交部门可就双边关系中的广泛问题以及重大国际和地区问题深入沟通，两国经济、金融、执法、军队等部门也可以多开展一些接触。中美双方应该重新建立各种对话机制，准确了解彼此的政策意图，避免误解误判。要分清哪些是分歧，要很好管控；哪些有合作意义，共同推动走上合作轨道。台湾、涉港、涉疆等问题是中国内政，事关中国主权和领土完整，美方应该尊重中国的核心利益，慎重行事。
